Welcome to Liberty’s Lantern

Liberty's Lantern is a weekly talk show discussing issues concerning liberty and Libertarian ideals. We are not going to be afraid to address the issues. We encourage discussion both affirming and condemning what we are talking about. Please also note that these are the opinions solely of Liberty's Lantern and do not reflect the opinions of the Libertarian party or any of the Caucuses. Liberty’s Lantern get its name from the old saying from Paul Revere of “One if by land, Two if by sea”.  The lanterns were to be posted in the Old North Chuch located in Boston to ensure that the Colonials would know the British Troop movements.  This is most likely only a nice story and the saying comes from Henry Longfellow’s poem Paul Revere’s Ride. To learn more about Paul Revere check out the Paul Revere Heritage Foundation To learn more about the Old North Chuch check out their website To read Longfellow’s poem Paul Revere’s Ride read it on poets.org
